Q. My windows have water in between the panes of glass. Can you help?

A. Yes, we can replace the sealed unit.

Q. If I have the misty unit replaced will there be any damage?

A. Most double glazed window units are held in with glazing bars allowing us to change the units with no damage at all.

Q. My windows are draughty and won’t shut properly?

A. This is most likely to be a broken hinge, of which we
carry a wide range of on the van.

Q. My front door is over 20 years old and the lock is broken.
Can you still get parts for it?

A. Usually, but if not we can usually fit a more up to date lock with some small modifications.

Q. Can I have a cat flap fitted in my glass door?

A. Yes, we can have a new sealed unit made for you with the hole cut specially.

Q. Why is my patio door so heavy and hard to slide?

A. This could be due to a worn track or wheels, both of which are normally replaceable.
